It must also be marked, that carbohydrates do not need to be taken in a large portion at once, as this leads to the deposition of adipose tissue. It is not allowed either, for similar reasons, do it right before bedtime. to increase the absorption of not only carbohydrates, but also amino acids, you should choose foods rich in fiber. The work of protein and carbohydrates is also improved by mixing them together. One more, a needed bodybuilder, the nutrient is fats. These are additional energy sources used, when carbohydrate stores are depleted. They form cells and tissues and additionally provide vitamins from group A, D, E i K, and also contribute to the secretion of hormones.
