Swimming and its benefits

We deal with water every day, but do we do water sports? There are really many of them. Everyone is characterized by something different. Today, however, we will focus on swimming, which has a beneficial effect on our health. Especially when we are after a heart attack or we want to improve body posture because we have a bent spine. It is a good sport for people, who spend a lot of time sitting at work.

Swimming as a recreation!

Swimming is pure pleasure. After all, we can go to the swimming pool with family or friends. This will strengthen the contact between us, and in addition, we will be able to spend time actively. I do not know why, but it has caught on when we go on holiday to the seaside it means, that we will lie there on the beach and just sunbathe. We will not spend time actively. This is misunderstood. You can swim by the sea, which is very good for the body. The beach is not just sunbathing, but also water and swimming. Additionally, when we go to the sea or river, we can admire the beautiful views.

Why swimming is healthy?

I'm writing, that swimming is good for the body, but you may ask why? The main reason is this, that we are ten times lighter in water than on land, therefore our spine is relieved. In addition, water has a soothing effect and has a lower temperature than our body, which stimulates the central brain centers. So that when you get out of the water we feel rested. Swimming affects the respiratory system. Lung capacity increases, thanks to which our condition increases, and we are less tired during everyday activities. We make a lot of movements while swimming, this strengthens the blood vessels. In addition, our body hardens and our immunity increases, thanks to which we get sick less. Endorphins are released when swimming, who is responsible for it, that we are happy and joyful. All of these factors reduce the risk of stroke, heart attack and diabetes.

Corrects posture defects.

As I mentioned earlier, we are lighter in water, therefore our spine is relieved. While swimming, we strengthen the muscles of the back, that support our spine. When they become stronger our attitude changes. The spine doesn't have to carry so much weight, because it is supported to a greater extent by muscles.

Have a nice swimming.
