“Fit” – translated from English means to be in top shape through appropriate training. However, this translation turns out to be insufficient, because it has become generally accepted to refer to this notion of lifestyle, way to be healthy, hygienic and psychologically positive human functioning. The full definition is:

“Fitness” – it is a dynamic state (system) the search for well-being from a psychological and sociological point of view, coupled with the desire to achieve the maximum (for the individual) physical fitness – through various forms of movement adapted to the possibilities, taste, expectations of this unit, which therefore takes considerable responsibility for the functional improvement of its own organism.

I go to the gym regularly. My training lasts about 1 hour - I am a woman of age 23 years - what diet should I use to lose weight and additionally emphasize some muscles???

I am asking for advice, I lost weight this year 7 kilo. From 2 I go to fitness for months,but I am starting to eat more now and I think I should gain weight. Maybe I should change my diet?On which?
