Swimming – sport for everyone

Swimming – sport for everyone

A lot of people like to swim. It gives them great pleasure and satisfaction while breaking their records. What is swimming for you? Do you play this sport regularly? if not, it's worth starting!

You burn calories by swimming
It doesn't matter where you swim. In any standing water (Lake, joint, swimming pool) during an hour of practicing this form of exercise, you can burn even 500-600 kcal!

Swim for health at any age
Swimming is a sport, which can be grown at any age. Both an elderly person can be enrolled in the swimming pool, and a baby.

Briefly about the benefits
* swimming improves the respiratory and circulatory systems
* strengthens the chest shoulder girdle, arms, muscles of the legs and abdomen
* helps in shedding unnecessary kilograms
* has a beneficial effect on our spine (it is recommended during rehabilitation)
* staying in chlorinated water cleanses the skin
* swimming relaxes you and puts you in a good mood.

Security
It is worth mentioning about security. During the holiday season, you still hear how many drownings and accidents caused by jumping into the water. If you want to feel safe, choose a pool, possibly a well-guarded beach

Wanting to go to an open water area (joint, Lake, sea) Consider, are you a good swimmer. if not, it is worth using a few before the trip, or a dozen or so swimming lessons.

Choose beaches, there are lifeguards – never go to closed bathing areas (in the event of an accident, you will probably not be noticed and you will not get help).

Going to the water with the children, keep an eye on them. Children often come up with stupid ideas and in moments of your inattention, they can swim there, where it's quite deep.

Do not jump into the water before knowing its depth. Young people often jump off bridges, footbridges, sharp, unaware of the danger they face.

If you're not up to it, don't swim far from shore. In case of dizziness, contraction or choking, you may have a serious problem.

Do not jump into the water immediately after sunbathing. If your body has overheated, cool it down first by sprinkling your body with water. Jumping into the water “for a biscuit” you can get a thermal shock.

I would treat this comment about staying in chlorinated water as a skin cleansing with a frostbite of the eye…

Hero, chlorinated water not so much cleans but smoothes and dries a little, so people with dry skin should bring a moisturizing lotion. And regular walking, has a good effect on the skin.
An experienced swimmer says it. 🙂

I have quite the opposite, I have a lot of pimples after every visit to the pool, which I normally have no problem with. But it still doesn't bother me, because I love to swim 😛

I swim a lot, especially in the summer and I know, that chlorinated water does not cause, that you have more pimples <–> total nonsense, yes, this water really dries up the skin, but it is enough to put a cream on your face after each swim, e.g.. nivea <- only then you can see how the face is beaming ;] and about losing calories <– true, The pool helps me a lot,
but beware! remember that by swimming we also form various muscles of the body ;]

I go to training 4 times a week.
but I sometimes miss it.
I drive to competitions, I win medals and I am generally satisfied.
but it still doesn't help to get rid of my fat. what to do?

Chlorinated water can cause pimples, because you can be allergic to it.

and as for you xdcer24, maybe you're not losing weight because you overeat? so it can be, and then swimming and sauna will be of little use to you.

I am 6 I swim in the pool once a week 3-4 km because I belong to a sports team to be honest I swim for two years and at the beginning the weight changes and they are results but provided that you increase the number of meters to cover and about swimming alone is not enough because you can swim but it does not improve your condition for fitness the best are runs .

I lost 8 kg by swimming for two years, but I don't swim to lose weight because I don't need it because I'm even a little overweight . however, I don't eat meat, I'm disgusted with it and I'm vegetarian I swim and keep fit by running
2-3km and half an hour. on a bike, but usually more

the number of calories is not important, diets in which everything is based on calculating only calories are total nonsense and almost always end with the yo-yo effect. I suggest that instead of some nonsense magazines you should read books about nutrition, read a little about protein consumption, carbohydrates etc.. and about the effect it gives, in addition, I would not rely on the funny BMI index, which in no way reflects the real mass of adipose tissue because, according to him, e.g., I am obese with the amount of body fat not exceeding 8% body weight 😉 also to sum up reading first and then setting up a diet + motion, move and move again 😉

I love swimming, but at some point it is not known for what reasons, I stopped going to the swimming pool. come regularly I went every Friday in the school year, and every day during the summer holidays, well she was 7 a month's break with my swim. I was afraid to go to the pool again because of that, that my condition is down, and I chose not to break down. recently on vacation I went to the swimming pool, a little scared, but I followed the only stroke 7 basenow ( on both sides) parents were in awe, A week ago I was in the pool again and I did it once 15 swimming pools. I fell in love with the pool.

really worth swimming, it is pure pleasure and by the way she sleeps a lot.

speaks often, that it no longer has the strength to swim, e.g. 3 swimming pool, try, plynac, breathing needs to stabilize, and then it will flow and flow, despite being tired, it will flow.

I highly recommend, mam 16 years 15 swimming pools for me is really a lot, even more so after 7 month break.
