One of the best and most popular supplements is definitely creatine. The popularity of supplements lies largely in the speed of their action, that work instantly. The first effects after taking, for example, creatine, we'll see after a few hours. However, keep in mind, that not everyone can take creatine. First of all, this supplement and others should not be taken by young people, whose bones and joints have not yet fully developed, because we can then expose ourselves to the effect of inhibiting the natural growth of our body. However, if we have a minimum 18 years, we can safely take a creatine supplement, because we will not experience any side effects after it. Exercises performed by bodybuilders, require an extremely strong will. It is best to forget about alcohol consumption, because it flushes water out of the body, which is an essential building block. Creatine works this way, that effectively retains water in the body, which makes the process of building strength and, above all, muscle mass much faster.

Many times it did, that instead of going to the gym and training, we would rather lie down in some spa center and indulge in a few hours of relaxation.
