Skating

Many lazy people say, it's boring in winter, because “you can't go out anywhere”. Not difficult for one who wants it. Turn it off, just like spring, Summer and fall have their charms. In winter, we use a lot of energy to keep our bodies warm. Most people say, it's unavoidable this time of year.

Put on weight, You can lose weight at any time of the year. Season, air temperature too low, too much cloud cover, too short days – these are just excuses. By such excuses one can recognize a lazy man. How can you have a good time in winter?

Skating – Winter sport
Ice skating is one of the many options. It is not very expensive to practice this sport by yourself. Warm clothes are enough, skates (can also be rented) and a few zlotys for a paid skating rink. You don't have to go to the mountains. Ice rinks are available in almost every city. If you don't have the option to go to the ice rink, look for slides.

Ice skating improves your mood and makes you slimmer
One hour of fun on the ice helps you burn off 300 do 800 calories, it all depends on the intensity of the ride. Often, however, it does not end with one hour. When driving, many people even forget themselves, because it is such a great pleasure, that time flies imperceptibly fast.

By riding you engage all muscle groups, your whole body is working while skating. Maintaining balance, constantly balancing the weight of the body from one leg to the other – all of this you strongly engage your leg muscles, belly, arms, shoulder girdle and back.

Is it monotonous?
Certainly not! Ice skating is like dancing. You decide what your moves will be, what driving technique, what intensity and choreography. Driving fatigue will certainly not get you. If you are concerned about boredom, take your friends with you – it will be a good way for group entertainment and for establishing a closer emotional bond.

Ice skating is fun for me;) You can really spend a nice time with your friends and live a healthy life thanks to physical activity;) I, thanks to last winter and skating practically every day or every other day, lost about 6 kilograms, not limiting myself to eating. you can devote to a bit of exercise, which will improve our well-being thanks to the feeling of lightness after exercise;D

Can anyone tell me, Is being overweight a contraindication to skating?. My friend refuses to be dragged to the rink, claiming, it's impossible with her weight. And I know, that she used to be pretty good at it.

I recommend ice skating with a clear conscience 🙂 I trained recreational figure skating and I must say that I had a nicely toned body and I managed to lose a few kilograms I have not been training anymore 2 years, unfortunately, made me a little drooping out of a nicely toned body, Libra 53 as it was, but it's not the same legs were so firm and now a little jelly ;p

I skate for about 2 hours every day. When it comes to the entrance, it is also quite cheap because 2 PLN only and even if someone has their skates, it's not at all. I recommend. You can learn a lot, revel, lose some weight, and not to be hardened. Admittedly, I do have quite a bit of soreness, but this is normal after such intense training. Good luck!
