Autogenic training is the popular name of a relaxation technique. Thanks to the elements of auto-suggestion, we can influence the body and consciously induce a state of relaxation. The originator is Johannes Schulz, who published the training in 1932 year.

In relaxation and autogeneity, the practitioner is under the influence of his own influence. It is used in the supportive treatment of psychosomatic disorders, neuroses, with hormonal ailments, in neurological disorders and in minor surgical procedures.

The advantage of training, is that it does not require a lot of effort and too much time. The first visible effects are: health improvement, increasing physical and mental fitness, a more positive outlook on life.

The training consists of the six suggested items, which follow one another:
– feeling heavy
– feeling warm
– heart rate regulation
– regulation of free breathing
– feeling of warmth throughout the body
– feeling of coolness on the forehead

Learning continues 6 – 8 weeks, exercises should last no longer than 15 – 20 minutes. Meetings are taking place 1 once a week.
