Running is a sport, for which we do not have to spend huge amounts of money. Good shoes are enough and we can go on our first tour. When we start running, the most important thing is the will, therefore, in order to increase them, we must set a goal. In difficult times, we will be able to think about our earlier assumption and we will be more motivated, and running will be more enjoyable. The beginning is the worst, but as time goes on, we start to like it more and more, until at some point we become "addicted"

Running increases our immunity and is good for health, but keep in mind, that we shouldn't run every day only 3-4 times a week. This will give us the best effect and help keep a good figure.

Don't crash at the start!

Many people give up at the start, because he gets tired after 100m. We can't do that. Everyone started somewhere. If I was running on 100% I would have been exhausted after 100m. We have to start running logically. It may seem unpleasant at first, tiring, but there will be results later. When we go out in the winter in shorts, it will also be unpleasant, but once we get dressed, we will reach our destination without any problems. It's the same with running. We must start gradually and increase our capacity more and more. We're not racing anyone. We can start by walking faster and faster, and then start jogging. When we exercise regularly, our pace will increase and we will feel more and more satisfied with running. We just need to give ourselves some time and get used to it. Everything has to be built in stages.
