Bridge - Conventions Bridge - Rumiński's two-color slam question.

Rumiński's two-color slam question is a convention used there, where the composition of one of the hands was exactly known – mainly in the relay bidding. An alternative to this question is Final Call.

The convention allows you to get information about the number of aces, and about the distribution of points in two of the colors. So, so after a bid that specifies the exact strength and composition of the hand, the next rungs are a question for two suits:

1. A i B
2. A i C
3. B i C
4. A i D

5. 4BA – color matching D, Blackwood

where A, B, C, D – are the colors from the longest to the shortest; in the case of equal length, the older color is considered longer.

The answers are given according to the so-called Rumiński Points (PR) ie miltons in two trump colors + aces for all suits, exceeding the assumed minimum PR (reduced by 2 minimum limit of the force range).
