Gymnastics after waking up

Sometimes we are unable to get out of bed. We have to get up and go to work, schools, to the meeting and our body protests. We get up in a bad mood, even though our eyelids are systematically drooping, they make us understand clearly, that would be a little more “they slept”.

To wake up for good, strengthen your fitness and health and improve your mood, start the day with morning gymnastics. After it, the feeling of fatigue will disappear, making getting ready before leaving the house going more efficiently and pleasantly.

Morning gymnastics will have a great effect on our body.

Exercise, which we present stretch the muscles, and improve circulation, perfectly chasing away the feeling of fatigue and drowsiness. They do not require great physical effort.

We'll see after a few days, that a short daily morning gymnastics will give us energy, making us stay in good shape until the evening.

The suggested exercises can be performed in bed (we know perfectly well, that pulling out a mat or blanket and sitting on the floor is not the best idea right after opening your eyes).

Your movements should be done slowly (do not make any sudden movements). During the exercises, do not think about the hardships that will meet you, rather, relax and remember something nice.

The duration of one session should be 10-15 minutes.
* start by stretching, do it best 2 times
* lying down, bend your legs at the knees, hands should be placed along the body, take your head off the bed, tensing the abdominal muscles, hold in the air for a while. Repeat the exercise approx 8 times
* lying on your stomach, support yourself on your forearms, slowly lifting your back up, tighten your shoulder blades and tighten your back muscles
* sit down turkish, clasping his hands behind his back, pull the shoulder blades together a few times

Finish your exercise with a cool shower, that will get you back on your feet.

once years ago on radio one before 6 in the morning, doctor Lech Erdman was driving 10 minute morning exercise , I remember that wonderful voice and have very fond memories

It would be worth trying these exercises but I think I'll have to wake up 10 min. I'm not optimistic right now

Oh, this shower works, not only for stimulation but also for immunity. I use since 1,5 month without any boosters and vitamins and I am healthy as a fish and always well rested.
And I would like to try the exercises.
