Good morning
I have a question
in December 2007 I had a knee arthroscopy performed last year, which resulted in the removal of a damaged meniscus and a remnant of a torn anterior cruciate ligament. I started spinning a month ago. Will it hurt my knee in my case? ?? please answer because I don't know if I can continue to ride a bike ??
thank you for answering
